Join the AIGA for an inspiring evening of letterpress history and art with Jim Sherraden of Nashville’s Hatch Show Print.
Founded in 1879, Hatch is one of the oldest working letterpress shops in America. In 1984, Jim arrived at Hatch to find it was loosing money and headed toward bankruptcy. Through hard work and creativity, Jim became one of the leading components that turned Hatch into a successful, world-renowned print shop. Hatch Show Print has produced work for clients such as CNN, Jason Mraz, Merle Haggard, Modest Mouse, BB King and Willie Nelson.
